Returns

Our number one priority is satisfied customers. If you have any questions about a product or you want further clarification on our returns policy please contact us by either email or phone.

Goods may be returned and a credit note issued if sent back within 14 days of purchase in a saleable condition accompanied by the tax invoice.

Please choose carefully as we do not normally give refunds under the following circumstances:
•Simply change your mind
•Make a wrong purchase decision
•Purchase an item knowing beforehand that it is imperfect eg a sale or reduced item due to minor damage
•Items we have specifically ordered and advised prior that are non returnable

Faulty or incorrectly supplied products will be replaced upon safe return of original goods supplied.
Goods bought as a package cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been fitted.
Credit notes and gift vouchers are valid for 12 months and cannot be replaced if lost.
Do not return items for refund before contacting us or an authorised retail outlet for advise.
